Thursday, Grandpa was doing OK but was very tired. He laid in bed and slept most of the day. The heart monitor showed good patterns all day long--the defibrillator is working.
Friday, the hospital said that it was time for Grandpa to leave, but we did not think it wise to send him straight home in his condition.
Marj was able to find a nice Rehab that would take him (different than the one he has been in before) and by four o'clock he was taken there.
He seemed in good spirits last night, but he is weak again from all the surgery. We hope he'll gain his strength back quickly.
