Autumn Leaves


We knew we were having a cold snap of Wednesday and didn't know how long the autumn leaves would last so we went up Provo Canyon to Big Springs picnic area for FHE on Monday night.  Many others had the same thought so we didn't get a table.  We handled it well with the blankets we had and the top of the cooler and a box for tables. 



South Fork Canyon was gorgeous with lots of reds and a few yellows.  Soccer was the activity for the night.

We even found a feather and a place for a fire.  The kids were very disappointed that we didn't have a lighter.  (We have a couple of budding arsonists.)

    Wow, the trees are incredible in the background in the picture with Meredith! Budding arsonists. :) Ha!
